X-Tyrol / South Tyrol trail running

A few impressions of 5 days of trail running through Tyrol / South Tyrol. 
Started near Kufstein (Tyrol) and ended up in Predazzo (border to South Tyrol) and of course I stopped for a quick run in the Dolomites on my way back :)
In the past days I've seen beautiful landscapes, sunrises / sunsets, impressive mountains and perfect night skies, sleeping in shelters, tents and under the stars.  
But more important to see, was how much your mind can grow if you don´t quit, even though you do this all by yourself. #gosolo 
I went through a lot of physical and emotional pain and several times I was close to give up but I’m glad I always had the strength to push through…
